Titan Trot 5K 2022

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The SPC Titan Trot is put on by the SPC Faculty Volunteers as a way to raise scholarship money for our students.  Join us for an inclusive, fun 5K.

The race starts on the beautiful Clearwater Campus before heading down the trail to Cliff Stephens Park. 

Why choose the SPC Titan Trot?

We welcome walkers and runners of all abilities.

We have room for local athletes who would like to test their 5K time in a casual setting. 

Now is the perfect time to set a deadline for that New Year's resolution.

If you plan on running a half or full marathon this season, a solid 5K time helps you plan your training paces.

YOU CANNOT BE LAST!  Why?  Because we have 2 coaches from USA Fit Tampa Bay who have volunteered to be last.  If that was one of your excuses, you can cross it off now. :)

The SPC Titan Trot 5K is just around the corner.  Here are a few final details.

COVID Protocol

Our race is held largely outside and we expect it to be relatively small.  The only time you need to crowd together would be picking up packets and waiting at the starting line. 

Please wear a mask

in the packet pick up line,

anytime you’re inside a building,

in the starting corral immediately before starting the event

any time you cannot maintain social distance.  

To keep us spaced out as much as possible, we ask that runners wait to assemble at the starting line until after we play the National Anthem. 

PACKET PICK UP

Friday from 12-6pm ES 104 – SPC Clearwater Campus, Campus map: https://go.spcollege.edu/locations/

Saturday from 6:45-7:45 AM Tables will be located outside, between the LA and ES buildings

Registration available: Cash Only. $40 Age Group, $20 Staff, Alumni, and Students. Cash Only.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE

Packet Pick Up 6:45-7:45 AM between the ES and LA buildings

Race Start: 8 AM on the campus quad

Awards & Drawing: 9 AM near the finish line

PARKING:

SPC’s Clearwater Campus offers plenty of free parking. Please avoid spaces marked for Staff.

WAIVER

STROLLERS

Strollers are welcome.  Be aware there is a short section of grass.  Please plan accordingly.
