Description
The Osborne Head and Neck Foundation, a non-profit organization, grants
patients access to exceptional head and neck care. The Foundation also
provides education and resources for patients with head and neck
conditions and injuries who otherwise would not be able to afford it.
The Foundation also strives to broaden our community both locally and
globally. Our Student Mentorship Program (SMP) is just one example of
how we strive for excellence.
New Year's Savings1The first 25 to register during the month of January will save $10.00. Start the New Year off right and take advantage of the savings.Late Registration Avaialable2Late registration is available on April 20th, 2012 at the Foundation located at 8631 West Third St, Suite 945E, Los Angeles, CA 90016 - from 8am to noon. Those who register late are not able to receive a T-shirt but will still receive a participant packet upon registration.
