2022 Earth Day 5 Mile & 2 Mile Run:

A celebration of Earth Day and the beauty that surrounds Clermont and Lake Minneola with out and back 5 Mile and 2 Mile runs along the lake on the South Lake Trail.  Challenge yourself to the Lake Minneola 7 Mile Challenge and run both the 2 mile and 5 mile events, earning yourself a third super cool medal!    

Both the 5 Mile and 2 Mile courses are out and back courses on the South Lake Trail. 

7 Mile Challenge: Run both the 2 Mile Run (7:15am) and the 5 Mile Run (7:45am) and receive a cool thrid bonus medal.  

Please note you must sign-up for both the 2 Mile and 5 Mile runs at the same time via the Seven Mile Challenge Bundle in order to be eligible for the third bonus medal.

Please note that the Seven Mile Challenge bundle includes three medals and only one event shirt.  

Note the start time of both races to make sure you are able to complete the 2 mile run before the start of the 5 mile at 7:45am.

All Challenge runners will claim their 2 mile medal and bonus medal after their 5 mile run at the bonus medal tent. 

Clermont is located 20 minutes west of Orlando at the intersection of US HWY 27 and State Road 50. From State Road 50 in Clermont, take East Avenue north one mile to Palm Avenue and the entrance to Waterfront Park. Waterfront Park is on the southern shores of Lake Minneola.
