The 2021 Delaware Distance Classic 15K & 5K Road Races will be out and back along the Jack A. Markell Trail through the Russell Peterson Wildlife Refuge and bike paths towards New Castle.  Course Map

From I-95, take exit 6 (4th St; M.L. King Jr Blvd; Maryland Ave). Follow signs to the Riverfront / Frawley Stadium, taking right on South Madison, left on Beech, right on Justison to parking lots. Short walk to registration and start/finish. There is no parking at DEEC itself.

Both 15K and 5K start on Delmarva Lane, run past DuPont Environmental Education Center and on to boardwalk over the marsh area. Then across bridge and on to pavement towards New Castle with long, straight stretches. -) 2020 race registration is open • Registration Information
