5k Course Description0Come out and challenge the streets of Roswell in the Innaugural SFX 5K! The 5k run will be starting at 8:30am.Fitness Challenge Description1Participants will run an approximately 3 mile course with stops along the way to do various exercise challenges - Tabata-style! The race will end with a "Finisher" - an extreme obstacle course filled with kettlebell swings, box jumps, and other suprises along the way!
