2021 Mental Wellness Walk 5K:

Join us for the 5th Annual Mental Wellness Walk. The Walk will be an all virtual event this year.

Please note: while we were initially planning for a hybrid in-person and virtual event this year, we decided to keep the event all virtual due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, keeping the safety of our participants, staff, and volunteers in mind. 

The Mental Wellness Walk seeks to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellness and community resources that exist for people with mental health issues. All funds raised will support the work of All Souls Counseling Center and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Western Carolina.

Want to support a great cause but don’t want to walk?  Click the “FUNDRAISE” button above to take you to our charity fundraising page and then click on the “DONATE” button. You can even create a fundraising team to encourage your friends, family, or coworkers to donate!

Each Walk participant and team will be able to walk on Saturday, October 2nd at the location of their choosing to show their support for Mental Health Awareness. Or, you can walk whenever is most convenient for you! We’d love for you to snap a picture of yourself (with your Walk T-shirt if you asked for one) during your walk and share it on our facebook event page along with a story about what helps you foster mental wellness. We can't wait to hear from you and see your pictures!
