2021 Hilloween 5K Trail Run

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

_The 2021 Hilloween 5K Trail Run:

Hilloween is a 5K Trail Fun Run held at Omao Track on October 30, 2021.  Please check in at 7:00am.  Race begins at 8:00am.  

The race does contain terrifying hills and spooky obstacles, and the wearing of costumes is STRONGLY encouraged. 

This is a fundraising event to benefit Kauai Ballet Academy Foundation, with all funds providing dance tuition scholarships for youth in need. 

There will be one heat with a maximum of 100 goblins. 

Race location is Kaumuali'i Hwy, approximately 1.5 miles west of Tunnel of Trees (disregard map below)

All runners receive a stylish event T-shirt. 

Prizes will be given for the fastest times and the best costumes!

Registration closes October 29 at 5pm.  There is no same day registration.

If you can't join us in person, you can still register for the virtual 5K!  Simply put on your costume, select the hilliest 5K route you can find, and run!  Virtual participants receive an event T shirt.

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and comply with county regulations, we will require all participants and volunteers to provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event. 

At the time of race check-in, all participants must provide a PAPER COPY of your vaccine card or PAPER COPY of your negative COVID test (may be either antigen or molecular (PCR) test, but not antibody test).

We require masks to be worn at all times when not actively running in the race, and encourage social distancing.
