_The 2022 Heart Run/Walk 5K:

This event is just steps from the ocean. It is a great event.. we will be focusing getting our heart rates up and the movement of our bodies. If order for us to be the best we can be is to become in tuned with our bodies. Remember your heart is what makes us function, without our heart we would not be alive. So it is our responsibility to work our heart and to get it pumping... so come out and joins us to get that heart pumping. We look forward to seeing you all!
