_The 2021 Santa Stroll 'n Roll:
The Moultrie Service League is proud to once again sponsor a night of family fun under our famous canopy of lights on the square in what Southern Living Magazine calls one of the "Best Small Towns for Christmas in the South". Read the article here:Southern Living.
We encourage everyone to wear their most festive attire and join us at 6:30 PM for the 9th annual Santa Stroll 'n Roll. Ample parking is available, and walkers and runners are welcome alike along with strollers, scooters and kids’ bikes! All proceeds from the Santa Stroll n’ Roll will help provide educational opportunities to the children of our community through an alliance with the Colquitt County Arts Center. Decorate yourself, your strollers, and your wheels of all kinds and join us.
Starting at 5:00 we will have a take home art project and other activities for kids including making reindeer food. We will again have The Nativity Story that will be performed by our very own Colquitt County Arts Center Theatre. They will present before the race from 5:30-6:00 pm. We hope you will come and enjoy the show and know that this is only one of the programs that benefit from your generous support every year.
Our course for this year is approximately 1.7 miles beginning and ending on 1st Street NE by the Courthouse Stage. Participants will make 4 laps around a two block area under the canopy of lights. The tradition of cookies with Santa will be available to all participants at the conclusion of the race.
