_ The 2021 Arc of Wilson Gobble Wobble 5K and Fun Run:

This year, The Arc of Wilson County's Wilson Gobble Wobble will be a hybrid event so anyone can participate. We will have an in-person Wilson Gobble Wobble on Thanksgiving Morning as well as a virtual option for those who may be traveling or would just like to participate from another town!

The Wilson Gobble Wobble uses RaceJoy to allow our registrants to participate anywhere they please! With RaceJoy, you can hit the road and complete your Gobble Wobble on your favorite trail, in your favorite park, or even around your neighborhood with their Race Anywhere feature.

We will still be having event shirts made for both events and will announce pick up events closer to Thanksgiving. Register by November 1 to guarantee your shirt size. Registration will continue through Thanksgiving, but shirts will be first come, first serve. For any virtual participant from out of town, we can ship shirts so you don't miss out on the fun!

Thanksgiving morning - Thursday, November 25, 2021, will still be the official day to complete the 5th Annual running of the Arc of Wilson County Gobble Wobble. The event will be held at the Greater Wilson Rotary Park for both the 5k and the 1-mile events! For those who are competing virtually, the window of completion is open through the Sunday after Thanksgiving to give you plenty of time to complete The Wilson Gobble Wobble! The in-person and virtual events will be separate competitions.

The Wilson Gobble Wobble 5k and 1 mile family fun run, walk, or wobble is open to people of ALL AGES and ABILITIES.

The Arc is excited to continue this new tradition to Wilson! The Gobble Wobble is more than just a race – it's an opportunity to celebrate the start of the season of giving.

Compete for The Golden Turkey Trophy by starting a team fundraiser and raising the most funds for The Arc's programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities! The team with the highest funds raised through donations and team registration fees will win this coveted Golden Turkey Trophy.

Support our local schools! The Wilson County School with the most supporters will win a $250 donation for their exceptional children's classrooms! This is a simple question during registration to select a local school of your choice. No extra steps or effort needed!

Bring non-perishables to be collected for The Wilson Crisis Center's food pantry and supplies for their Wish Bags!
