_ The 2022 Run At The Rock:

2021 Run at the Rock is back and we are ready for you to tackle the trail! This has got to be one of our favorite races at Cedarock Park!  Cedarock Park is close enough to Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston, and Charlotte to draw some of the best trail runners in the state.

All participants will receive the following:

• Custom Run At The Rock Beanie
• Hooded Sweatshirt* 
• Professional race photos 
• Chip timed event
• Famous Post-race soup!
• Awards for top age group finishers 
• Cardinal Chiropractic and Sports Recovery providing free stretching and muscle work, as well as demo of Normatec Recovery boots

This is a great race for beginner trail runners too, as we offer a 7-mile distance or give our 14-mile distance a try!  Our staff makes sure that ALL racers have a great experience.

*You must register at least 2 weeks before the race to guarantee a sweatshirt.
