_The 2022 Shamrock Shuffle 24 Hr Run -1Mile/Hour - 5K:

The Shamrock Shuffle is a way for the whole family to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in a fun, festive and healthy way! 

                           NEW THIS YEAR!! 

4 Race Options, 5K Run/Walk, 1M/Hr. (Run 1 Mile at the top of every hour) 1M/Hr. Relay OR 24 Hr. Run.

**Prizes will be awarded to the most “festive” runners.**

· $80 - Early Bird - Ends February 12th

· $90 - PreRegistration - Ends March 10th @ 5:00pm

· $100 - Day of Event - Ends March 11th @ 8:30am!

Cost 1M/Hr. Two Person Relay
(Partners take turns running each mile)

* Registration includes Bib, T-Shirt and Medal

* All Races start at 7pm 

* Age Group Awards

* Packet Pick-up begins at 8:00am at the HAC (523 Sarah Lane) on March 11th

* Day of Check In begins at 5:00pm (March 11th)

* Enjoy post race refreshments 

* GU and Snacks will be available for 24 hr
