_ The 2022 Duneland Half Marathon and 5K:

This will be Race #10 in the Race the Region series 

Race features include:

*Certified Half Marathon Race Course (5K is not certified)

*Custom race shirt

*Custom Finishers Medal

*Timing mats at the Starting Line and Chip Timing for Finish Results

*Live results via text and email messaging

*All turns will have directional signs

*No processing fee for online signup

Awards:

Overall & Age Group Awards – Top Overall Male & Female, Top Masters Male & Female, Top 3 Male and Female in the following age groups: 14 and under,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up.  Finishers in both races will qualify for Race the Region Series points.

Race Course:

The race will start and end at Dogwood Park and will be primarily on the Duneland bike trail. Half Marathon certification #IN20016TDK

Race Registration Fees:

Half Marathon:  Early registration - $40 with race shirt, $35 without a shirt.  Race Day - $45

5K: Early registration - $30 with race shirt, $25 without a shirt.  $35 Race Day

Shirt sizes and availability only guaranteed if registered by Oct. 10th

Pre-Race Packet Pick Up: 

Early packet pick-up will be available at the Extra Mile Fitness Company, 1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383. from October 28th and 29th from 10:00AM - 5PM. 

RACE DAY

On site packet pick-up opens at 6:30 a.m.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.  Online registration will remain open untill the start of each race.  Particpants wanting to register on race day should do so at home before heading to the race site.

Each participant’s start time will be recorded as they cross the starting line.  The starting line for each race will remain open for 10 minutes.  As participants finish, they will receive a text message and/or email with their finishing time.  A list of overall finishing times for all competitors will be continually updated at www.thtiming.com while the race is in progress.
