_ The 2022 Dustin's Place Join the Journey 5K:

Dustin's Place Join the Journey is a morning of races for the entire family.  The morning will include a 1 mile family fun run and a professionally timed 5K road race.  Following both races we will have an awards ceremony.  All proceeds from the event will go to Dustin's Place, a center for grieving children, teens, and their families to come together in their grief journey and walk with others so that no one has to grieve alone. As part of the mission of this race, we'd like to invite you to join the journey of our grieving families by purchasing a sign with your loved one's picture, name, and a verse or phrase on it during your race registration.  These signs will line the race route and allow us all to remember we are not alone in this journey!

Race packets can be picked up Friday evening from 6-7pm or Saturday morning starting at 7am prior to races. 

5k starts at 8 AM and the 1 Mile Family Fun Run starts at 8:30am. Whether you are a long time competitive runner or a beginner you are welcome to join us!! After you run or walk, plan time with family or friends to enjoy our pancake breakfast at Dustin's Place!  Pancakes will be served beginning at 8:05am.

April 20, 2021 until January 2, 2022 Only $15.00 for Family Fun Run and only $20.00 for 5K race WITH race shirt included.

January 2, 2022 to March 15, 2022 Only $20 for Family Fun Run and $25.00 for 5K race WITH race shirt included.

March 15th till race day the cost increases to $30 for the 5K and $20 for the Family Fun Run WITHOUT guaranteed race shirt.

All registrations received before March 15th are guaranteed a race t-shirt!

There are awards for top 3 male and top 3 female overall winners as well as top under 12 boy and girl 5K racers.

The 1 mile fun run is a none competitive run and will not be chipped time.  

 Awards grouping for 5K:
Male: 12 – under, 13-19, 20-27, 28-36, 37-45, 46-54, 55-64, 65 +
Female: 12 - under, 13-19, 20-27, 28-36, 37-45, 46-54, 55-64, 65 +

Awards will be given out soon after the last person crosses the finish line
