THE 14TH ANNUAL JENNY'S LIGHT 5k, 10k & KIDS 1k RUN

We are SO excited to announce that the 2022 Jenny's Light Run will be back IN-PERSON at Vasona Park on Sunday May 22! We hope you can join us in honoring and supporting mothers & families dealing with perinatal mood disorders. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Supporting Mamas. They provide information, resources, support & hope to families coping with perinatal mood disorders.  

• DECEMBER 19th:  Take advantage of our (one day only!) special entry fee of $19 for the 5k or 10k, and $9 for the Kids (10 & under) 1k!
• PRICE INCREASE:  December 20, March 1 & May 22
• VIRTUAL OPTION: We love making it possible for people near and far to be a part of our event! 
• TEAM OPTION: Email [email protected] if you have a group of at least 6 people participating for a common cause/organization.

Jenny’s Light was founded fourteen years ago following the death of Jenny and Graham on December 19, 2007. Our mission was to improve & save lives by increasing awareness of all perinatal mood disorders, including postpartum depression. We have merged our efforts and fundraising with San Francisco Bay Area based Supporting Mamas. Please help us continue to shine a light on maternal mental health. Thank you for your support!
