DEADLINE: You must be registered by 12.23.21 to be guaranteed a commemorative tee and medal. Same day registration will be available.

The 5K race will be start 1 1/2 hours before the Polar Plunge. The "Polar Plunge" and 5K Run/Walk are separate events. Registration on this site is for the 5K portion only.

SCHEDULE: (Jan. 1, 2022)  

• 10:30: Dash and Splash 5K run/walk starts at Kids Cove
• 12:00: The Splash and Dash at North beach 
• Participants and spectators are encouraged to bring their families.
