_The 2022 Lory's Place 5K Run Walk Rock:

If you registered by May 12th, we invite you to stop into Lory’s Place on Friday, May 13th from 11:00 to 6:00, to pick up your t-shirt and bib number. The Lory’s Place team is hopeful that you pick a place you enjoy and choose to still Run or Walk on Saturday, May 14th knowing that your efforts are not only good for you, but for many others. Don’t forget to take pictures and post them to our social media pages. Of course, if you prefer to receive a refund, please reach out to Lory’s Place at 269-983-2707.

Your participation in this beloved event, as well as your donations to Lory’s Place, continues to assist the team in providing vital support to our hurting communities throughout Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. The financial support through Lory’s Place fundraisers, like Run Walk Rock, go a long way in ensuring safe spaces will be created for those who have experienced the death of someone significant. This work could not happen without you, thank you!  

About Lory's Place:
Since the opening of Lory’s Place bereavement programs in 2004, we have been honored to support over 45,000 children and adults after the death of a significant person. Our programs reach beyond our facility doors offering over 70 peer support groups in Allegan, Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties.

About this Race:
This is the 18th anniversary of the Lory's Place Run, Walk and Rock to benefit Lory's Place, a Grief Healing and Education Center of Caring Circle, of Spectrum Health Lakeland.  Every year, Lory’s Place is honored and grateful for the community’s support of Run Walk Rock. All of the programs and services at Lory’s Place are available at no charge. That means that no child or adult is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. The children, adults, and families who are part of Lory’s Place join us in expressing deepest gratitude to you for supporting our mission of grief healing. 

Tri-Blend Long Sleeve T-shirt:
To be guaranteed a t-shirt participants must register before April 30th
Note: If you registered for the 5K Run or 5K Walk from May 1st to May 14th you are not guaranteed an event t-shirt as noted on the registration form.

Rocking Chair Raffle:
If you register by April 30th you will automatically be entered to win one of our signature white rocking chairs. All ages are eligible to win a rocking chair.

T-shirt Pick Up Information:
Participants who registered can pick up their t-shirts at Lory’s Place, 445 Upton Drive, St. Joseph, MI on the following days and times:
Friday, May 13th from 11am - 6pm.

Results for Virtual Participants:
