The Gumby 5K & 10K Trail Runs

Gumby and Pokey are back at the Gumby 5K & 10K in 2021. This race will feature a beautiful trail course along the shores of Folsom Lake with plenty of aid stations and cheering volunteers on a well marked course.

The Gumby 5K & 10K Trail Runs
Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA

Both races will feature a combination of beautiful single track trails on the shoreline of Folsom Lake, along with some smooth groomed trails and a bit of pavement. We will have wave starts to spread out the runners based upon sign up date. 

Included for each competitor in the Gumby Trail Runs is the Gumby & Pokey Finisher Medal, a hot post race meal, and an athlete goody bag with CLIF Bar and other product samples- Plus a custom Gumby & Pokey coffee mug!

The overall male and female in the Gumby 5K & 10K will receive Champion awards, and we will have awards three deep in each division for both races. Gumby soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $15. 

Packet pick-up will be available at the race site on race morning from 7 am to 8:15 am.

You can save $$$ when you sign up for one of our Spring Race Packages. Here are the three savings packages available: 

Three 5K's & a Five Miler: The Gumby 5K, Escape from Folsom 5K, Lost Trail 5K, & Chanoko 5 Miler: $120 until 12/1/19, $135 after.

Three Trail Runs & 31K: The Gumby 10K, Escape from Folsom 10 Miler, Lost Trail Half Marathon, & Chanoko 31K: $160 until 12/1/19. $190 after.

Three Trail Runs & 50K: The Gumby 10K, Escape from Folsom 10 Miler, Lost Trail Half Marathon, & Chanoko 50K: $170 until 12/1/19. $200 after.

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing [email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
