_The 2022 Hattiesburg Half Marathon, 10k, and 5K:

Presented by Forrest General Hospital, the 10th Annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon is officially set for Saturday, April 2, 2022. The Half Marathon provides fundraising opportunities for participating Pine Belt nonprofits while also attracting runners to the Hub City from numerous states.

Online event registration is now open, and also offers 10K and 5K routes.
 
Voted Mississippi's Best Half Marathon by Race Raves in 2019, the Pinebelt Foundation-led event continues to be a premiere run through the heart of Hattiesburg. With more than 30 murals throughout the city, incredible culinary offerings and many recreation attractions, we invite you to #runhburg! The race will cap at 1,500 participants, begin and end in Downtown Hattiesburg and finish with one heck of a finish fest in Town Square Park complete with beverages, food and special music!

The Hattiesburg Half Marathon - 10K - 5K is a community-led event with numerous local agencies planning the race, including the City of Hattiesburg, Volunteer Southeast Mississippi and the Pinebelt Foundation.

The Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k course highlights iconic local landmarks and engages Hattiesburg businesses. The 2022 course will once again wind through downtown, head toward the Avenues, and loop around the Hattiesburg Zoo. A portion of the route also tours The University of Southern Mississippi’s campus before runners blaze down the Longleaf Trace to the finish line.
