2022 Fitness 5K Interval Challenge...

_ The 2022 Fitness 5K Interval Challenge:
 

Join us at the NMCSD softball field for interval training to include core, upper and lower body circuit training, followed by a lap (run/jog) between each station.

Laps equate to a 5 K. The first 50 to register receives an event shirt. An additional prize will be given to the first male and female finisher.

Event will take place at NMCSD Softball Field, next to bldg. 12 Athletic Complex (after the fire station).
