_ The 2022 Shamrock Shuffle 5K/Walk:

Inaugural Shamrock Shuffle 5K/Fun Run! The day's proceeds will help further RMHCA's mission to provide a "home away from home" at no cost for families with kids in the hospital. The goal is to fund 2,000 nights for families at both the Ronald McDonald House and the Ronald McDonald Family Room at UAMS. 

The first St. Patrick's Day themed race in central Arkansas! Racers are encouraged to dress in their favorite green outfits or costumes! Family friendly, walk or run 5K on a beautiful course at Two Rivers Park. Winners awarded a "Shamrock" medal for both run and walk categories.  Plus, the green beer will make everyone feel like they have the "luck of the Irish."

Come join us as the Red Shoe Crew honors and carries on the work and love that Linda and Stan Valley started back in 2013 with the BV Memorial 5K+1.
