2022 Yak 'N Run...

_ The 2022 Yak 'N Run:

Join us for the Yak 'N Run in Cape Girardeau on August 20!   This is the 7th year for this fun event!     

Fun and challenging, this is a short kayak in the park lake, followed by a 5K run on the park roads.  Participants start in heats of ten boats, starting and exiting the lake at the dock near shelter #6..   Then solo participants head out on the run, and team participants tag off for the 5K run.   

All participants registered by 8/8/22 will receive a Yak-n Run t shirt.     All proceeds will go to myTEAM Triumph - helping everyone reach the finish line!   

LIFE JACKETS REQUIRED, AND MUST BE WORN!   Please help us minimize risk for our event!
