_ The 2022 Waldron Fitness 5K/ Shawsville Independence Day:
Join us July 4th for a 5K through beautiful Shawsville, VA.  This year the annual race is sponsored by Waldron Fitness Center and Eastmont Community Foundation.  Choose to run the race in person at 8am July 4th OR run virtually sometime between Juy1st-4th.
