2022 Friends of McCormick's Creek 5K Run/Walk

First of two Mag 7 races at the park.
This is a 5K road race.

The Friends of McCormick’s Creek, a non-profit dedicated to supporting park projects and free educational programs and activities for youth and adults, would like to have the Friends of McCormick’s Creek 5K Run/Walk listed on the Road Race Runner site.  2022 will be the 13th running of this race.  It is a well-organized race utilizing a well-marked, scenic course.  It is part of the Mag 7 Race Series.  Age group and overall winners are recognized in the walk and run divisions.  Race information is as follows:

Start:  Saturday, April 23, 8:30am
Location:  McCormick’s Creek State Park
Park admission is free for race participants.

Additional Information & Event Schedule:
Race Day Registration and Packet Pick up begins at 7:00 am at the Nature Center
Race starts at 8:30 am
Awards Ceremony following the race
Prizes to top male and female 5K overall runners and walkers.
Awards granted to top 2 age group winners in 5K run and first age group winners in 5K walk.
