2022 The Independence Day 5K ?

_ The 2022 Independence Day 5K:

Come on out to Clearwater the morning of Sunday, July 3, 2022, for the best Independence Day 5K in the USA!

This year our all new 2022 flaf finisher’s medals honor all Americans with a special emphasis on first responders both here and abroad. They are HUGE and you will live them! Don't miss this family friendly 5K run or walk beginning at 9 a.m. Don't worry about your speed we draw a very fun promotional crowd and Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater, 21688 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33765 one of our favorite post race party locations on the www.727CanRace.com calendar.

This is an electronically timed 5K with a variety of one of our promotional race technical shirts and AN AWESOME ALL NEW 2022 finisher’s medals for all runners and walkers. Awards will be presented to the first 10 males and first 10 females across the finish line (and as always “some special categories ” )…..the rest of us will be out there in good fun in an electronically timed but non-competitive 3.1 mile run or walk along the Ream Wilson Trail in Clearwater. We record your time electronically up to 59 minutes and registration includes a technical race shirt,  sessions finisher's medal,  and a post race party at Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater presented by Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer.

 The race benefits the teens from Finish Lines For Scholarships 501c3.  This year your supporting the DHS Basketball  🏀 team! Thanks runners!!!

Check in is race day only beginning at 8:15 a.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater. There is plenty of parking in the Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater parking lot. The course is entirely flat and paved so it is stroller/family friendly. Our post race party is in the ice cold air conditioning inside Buffalo Wild Wings.

Register early as the price goes up as the race fills so that we can slow down registration. 

An email will go out to all registrants on Friday, the day before the race, with arrival and parking instructions along with your bib number assignment.  For questions please email Suzanne at [email protected]  Results will be posted in the afternoon at www.727CanRace.com.
