_The 2022 NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K:

NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K kicks off our yearly calendar at Governors Island for the first time ever. Shake off that winter rust and join us for a fun time in New York City's favorite offshore running venue.

A whirlwind tour of Governors with amazing views! The 5K is one loop of the course; the 10K is two loops.

GUESTS

All guests over 18 must register themselves. Guests ages 6-17 may be registered by a parent. Children 5 and under do not need a guest bib. Guests will only be permitted on the 8:30AM ferry, not the earlier ferries for runners.
