Join us at the beautiful Mineola Nature Preserve for the revamped 2022 Diva Du and get ready to GET DIRTY!

You may be asking....what do we mean by REVAMPED?

 Well, we are about to raise the roof and take the party to the dirt! This year's Sprint duathlon (1.5 mile run, 10ish mile bike, and 1.5 mile run) will be all on trail and can be tackled in the individual or relay format.

 We will be keeping it clean with an all on pavement 5K or 10K run (all new this year) for those who want to join the fun without a bike involved.

 Whether or not you choose the dirt, the afterparty will be the same and full of fun!

Update: we have added virtual categories for this year's event. Swag will be mailed to you and include the event tank amd finisher medal. There will not be age group awards for the virtual categories.

***You must present your ID in order to get your wristband for alcohol on race day.

6:30am: Transition Opens
7:45am: Transition Closes, Opening Ceremonies
8:00am: Sprint 39 & Under
8:05am: Sprint 40-49
8:10am: Sprint 50+
8:15am: 5K/10K Start
