_ The 2022 Sammamish Sunset Beach 6k:

Explore Sammamish! Find out the keys that make Sammamish special. Our 6k jaunt around the park will include views of beautiful Lake Sammamish, trails, and bike paths for this festive event. The event will host some of the fastest runners in the Sammamish area. Rub shoulders with these Titans. Come out run, walk or trot this challenging and enjoyable cross terrain experience. All finishers will be treated to a foot long all beef Sammamish Hot dog with all the toppings. Age group ribbons to 3 deep in each of the 10 year groups male and female. Invite your running friends. All entrants to get a custom designed Sunset Beach 6k T-Shirt and all finishers get Sammamish Sunset Beach 6k medalion.

Event details and schedule

There is plenty parking at the Sammamish State Park. A discovery pass is a required or $10 day parking pass. Covid restrictions will be enforced according to the lastest CDC, state and local requirements which may include mask wearing when not running and social distancing. It is a chipped timed race. All participants must wear their bib on their front and go between the two orange cones when finishing to get scored. The race starts promptly at 10 am. Come and get ready for summer with your favorite Beach apparel.
