_ The 2022 5K on the Beach:
On Friday, July 22, we are heading back to the Rockaway Boardwalk for another Friday Night 5k with an afterparty to follow. This is a classic summer race that’s open to all-comers and promises to be a ton of fun. Registration is currently open for anyone who wants to guarantee their spot in the field. Men's 5K will go off at 6:45 pm with the women at 7:15 pm.
