_ The 2022 Live. Laugh. Run. 5K:

The Pi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi will be hosting its 12th Annual Sarah Anderson Live.Laugh.Run. 5K on April 2, 2022. Kappa Kappa Psi is a national honorary fraternity dedicated to serving college and university bands across the country.

In November of 2009, The Auburn University Marching Band lost a fellow band member in a tragic car accident. Sarah Anderson played piccolo and was a brother of Kappa Kappa Psi, The National Honorary Band Service Fraternity. Kappa Kappa Psi is hosting a 5K run on April 2, 2022, in honor of Sarah. All proceeds from the Live.Laugh.Run. will go directly to the Sarah Anderson Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund allows for our chapter to award a scholarship at the end of each Fall Semester to a deserving band member that best exhibits the qualities of our Fraternity.

Registration is $25 and will be open up until the day of the race, but you must register by March 25th to be guaranteed a shirt. Raffle tickets benefiting our chapter may be purchased by contacting the brothers beforehand or when packets are picked up at the race. Refreshments will be given out after the race and the raffle will be held at that time.

The event will begin on the Haley Concourse. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the 5k will begin at 10:00 am. 

This year, Kappa Kappa Psi will be offering a virtual option! If you choose to participate virtually, you may email Taylor to submit a screenshot of your race route and time. Because of this, placements will likely be announced later in the day.
