• Triathlon - Sprint (Saturday):- Swim 750 Yards, Bike 9 Miles, Run 3 Miles
• Triathlon - Long (Saturday):- Swim 1500 Yards, Bike 20 Miles, Run 6 Miles
• 5k Trail Run (Sunday):- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10k Trail Run (Sunday):- Run 6.2 Miles
• 25k Trail Run (Sunday):- Run 15.5 Miles

 Oak Mountain State Park, located in Pelham, AL just south of Birmingham, AL, is a 10,000 acre park with over 50 miles of trails. Besides swimming, biking, and running, the park also features a pump track and BMX course, Flipside Watersports cable skiing, boat rentals, basketball courts, nature programs, Peavine Falls, Oak Mountain Interpretive Center, an 18-hole golf course and driving range, beach and swimming area, archery range, fishing lakes, boat rentals, picnic areas, RV camping, primitive camping, demonstration farm and horseback riding facilities.  Saturday November 5, 2022 will offer 2 off-road triathlons to choose from. Sunday November 6, 2022 will offer 3 trail run distances to choose from. Start and finish for all events will take place near the basketball courts by the swimming lake.  Come to Alabama this summer and race this world class off-road race course!
