Being able to walk, run or bike along our People Trail Network benefits every part of your life. Getting active on our miles of People Trail helps reduce obesity and incidence of chronic disease. When you are exploring the People Trail Network, you are able to connect to nature which studies show relieves stress levels. Experiencing the People Trail Network with your family and friends help strengthen your interpersonal relationships, and overall improves your mental health. Registrations, donations, and sponsorships help maintain our People Trail Network. When you participate in Tour de Trails events, the money raised goes directly back into the People Trail Network making sure the People Trail are here for future generations.
