_ The 2022 Norma Lampert Memorial Lupus Springers 5K Race and Walk to End Lupus:

26th Annual Norma Lampert Memorial Lupus Springers 5k Race and Walk to End Lupus on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Mid-America Park  located at 101 College Drive * Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Race consists of walk, running, and wheelchair (competition).  Walk o End Lupus consists of  Walking only - no competition.  Must have RED numbers;  Race consists of BLACK numbers.  Race starts at 8 a.m.    Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning.  T-shirts must be ordered 3 weeks in advance; t-shirts over X large add 
$1.75 each to registration.  Registration is at National Park College Commons room
