_ The 2022 Farewell to Sickle Cell:

Join us for the annual Farewell to Sickle Cell 5k/10k Run Walk.

This "live" 5k/10k run takes place at the Bakersfield Riverwalk Bike Path 
Starting from Hina’s Homecare Pharmacy with food, music, fun activities, and medals awarded to age group winners.

Age groups are male/female, 1-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-99

Our Mission is to increase public awareness about Sickle Cell Disease through education, and to provide support through medical research, accessible services, and intervention for suffering individuals, with an ultimate goal of enhancing the well-being of those affected by Sickle Cell Disease locally and globally.
