Captain's Winter Solstice Runaround is happening!

This is the new race we launched in late 2019. It was a huge success, and we were really looking forward to the 2020 race. Then 2020 happened.

We are so excited to bring this unique race back to Modesto.

For those not familiar with Captain’s, it is a timed race. Runners compete in 4-, 6-, or 12-hour events to see how many miles they can complete.

The race takes place on a 1-mile path that loops Mary Grogan Community Park in Modesto. The path includes both paved and dirt sections.

Captain’s is our most swag-heavy race yet! Each runner receives gloves, buff, medal, and shirt. Those that clear 50 miles will receive a custom finishers jacket.
