_ The 2022 Healing Warriors 5K Fun Run:

The Healing Warriors 5k Fun Run/Walk is a fun, family & pet friendly event held at the beautiful Spring Canyon Park. This professionally timed event is perfect for serious runners who may be looking to improve a time, or just have a fun time running, jogging or walking to support our Veteran families. Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m. and race begins at 10:00 a.m. Each registered participant will receive a quality race shirt, American flag and goodie bag. Activities at the Park begin at 10:30 a.m., free snacks, food trucks, music and much more! SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE All proceeds from the race will benefit Healing Warriors Program Clinics whose Mission and role is to lessen the factors that lead to veteran suicides.  We do this by providing free treatment care, home self-care tools, gun locks, and Client Care navigation services to assist in connecting our veterans with community resources and counseling services. We solve problems together as a community, and our fundraising events focus on education, awareness and removing barriers for our veteran families in obtaining care. Founded in Colorado, Healing Warriors Program has served more than 2,500 families from more than 21 states and have provided over 26,000 treatments through their Fort Collins clinic and through monthly free pop up clinics in Longmont, Denver and Colorado Springs for Post-Traumatic Stress, Sleep Disturbances, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Chronic Pain and Interpersonal Trauma. ### Established in Colorado in 2013, Healing Warriors Program is a 501 (c)3 Veteran Non-Profit organization, Registered VA Vendor and Platinum Guidestar Charity whose focus is on rekindling hope that pain can be relieved, that trauma can heal and that quality of life can be improved.  Find out more at www.HealingWarriorsProgram.org
