_ The 2022 Muscle Movement Fdn. Delaware Run for Strength 5k:

The MMF Run for Strength 5k is the largest 5k in Delaware that supports the fight against ALS, muscular dystrophy, and additional forms of muscle damaging diseases. This event provides physical, financial, and emotional accommodations to families who are affected by neuromuscular disease.

Our 6th Annual MMF Run for Strength 5k will take place at Saint Mark's High School on Saturday, May 7th, 2022

• Check-in: 8:00 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.
• 5k Start Time: 9:00 a.m.

The top three finishers will receive medals for male and female divisions. Each male and female division will have the following age groups:

• 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+  

An awards ceremony, music, food, refreshments and more fun will take place outside after the 5k!

On the day of our event, post your 3.14 miles on social media and utilize our event hashtags - #MuscleMovementFoundation #RunforStrength5k

Our fight continues on! That is, to create a state free from the debilitating effects of muscle damaging diseases.
