_ The 2022 Donovan 5K & Bobcat Dash Run/Walk:

This event is all about fun, family, and friends! Join the community on May 14th at 10 a.m. at Donovan High School for a little exercise and fun! This event will consist of a 3.1-mile run/walk through the town of Donovan. During this event, participants will be splattered with washable color powder. 

We will also be having a Bobcat Dash for kids 2nd grade and under with no cost unless they want a t-shirt. The Bobcat Dash will be set up on the track at Donovan High School and will only do one lap/400 m while being splattered with lots of washable color powder. 

For ages running the 5k, 18 and under that are Donovan Students will be a cost of $15. Anyone else will be $20, this includes a shirt and race bib for the day of the run. The prices will increase after April 15th. There will be awards for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place female for the 5k run/walk.

Once the race is over the fun continues with a bake sale and a cookout. We will be providing bananas and water free of charge for participants of the race. The park and large playground area will also be open and available for kids and families to use during and after the events. We will have music playing at the park start/finish line area.
