_ The 2022 Virtual Run With The Flock 5K/1M:

The 7th Annual Run with the Flock is a race event for which all the proceeds are donated in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).  We have decided to keep our race virtual so everyone can walk or run it anywhere between August 14-September 1 at their your own pace, time and location. 

We are grateful for the continued opportunity to raise money to help families and fund research to find a cure.  All the proceeds from our race event will be donated in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).  During this pandemic, LLS has donated over $3.1 million to families to help them with their daily needs.

Did you know approximately every 3 minutes one person in the U.S. is diagnosed with a blood cancer? The LLS mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. LLS has invested more than $1 billion in research to find cures for blood cancer patients.

To be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register by Sunday, August 8 at 11 p.m.  There are three options:  We will mail the shirt & medal directly to you if you pay the extra mailing amount OR you can swing by Rock City Running on Rodney Parham Road Little Rock, AR on September 9 between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to pick up your shirt & medal OR you can select the no shirt & no medal option.  Shirt and medals will be mailed the week of September 13.
