_ The 2022 Manitou Trail Labor Day 5K:

Join us for a 5K Trail Run/Walk through the Beautiful Cross Country SKi Headquarters in Roscommon Michigan. Includes t-shirt (while supplies last), medals for overall male and female winner and male and female age group winners, post race snacks and a hot dog lunch (non-runners can purchase a hot dog lunch for $5).  Proceeds go to Roscommon Area Youth Booster Club to support the Athletic, Academic, and Artistic pursuits of Roscommon Area Public School’s students.   Go Bucks!

Check in 8:00-8:45 Race Time 9:30 Medals/Awards:  11:00 am Hot Dog Lunch/ Post Race Snacks:  immediately following the race.  Non-racers can purchase a hot dog lunch for $5.
