Description
Join us on Thanksgiving Day for the 2022 running of the Santa Rosa Turkey Trot! Once again, we will gather at Old Courthouse Square in Santa Rosa on the one day that it's totally quiet there. The course is a flat, out-and-back on the Memorial Greenway and is split into three races, so we all can cheer each other on:
- The FAST Turkey 5k is a race designed for people who will finish in under 30 minutes. Fast! This race starts at 8am. Finish with the cheering crowd!
- The Festive 5k, is a race for the rest of us. This race starts at 8:30. Finish with a smile on your face!
- The TINY Turkey is a short run around the lawn at Old Courthouse Square. Finish with your family beaming at you!

Also! Everyone who takes part in the Santa Rosa Turkey Trot is encouraged to take part in the Rockstar Challenge. between Halloween and Cyber Monday. This is a totally free challenge to do good things in your community:
- The Rockstar Challenge encourages you to do 10 good deeds in your community We offer you ideas on things to do. Most are very simple. Track them here at santarosaturkeytrot.com and join the leaderboard of Do-Gooders! Do 10 and receive a Santa Rosa Rockstar badge.
- This is a great activity for the whole family and for groups of young people interested in making the world a better place.
- Rockstar Challenge is FREE but if you want to run in the race, you still need to register to run!
