_ The 2023 SLAM Fun Run:

It’s time for the 2nd Annual SLAM Fun Run and 5K at SLAM Apollo! We are so excited to bring the event back and have it be even bigger and better! Anyone can run this race, and the more runners we have the more funds we can raise for the kids!  New to this year, we will have a chip-timed race so you can receive an official time!! 

Ideally, we want our SLAM families to sign their kiddos up to be individual fundraisers and sign them up to run. You can then share the fundraiser to your Facebook page. This is the best way we can raise money for the school! Once the donation goal is hit, the entry fee for the event will be refunded! Email the race with any questions! SLAM Apollo opened in August 2019 and they have continuously grown their student population each year.  Funds raised this year will be going to (insert new goal here).  This 1 Mile fun run and 5K will be the start of an Annual event at SLAM Apollo and we look forward to having SLAM Families and community members join in our 1st Annual event!  All proceeds from this event will be used to purchase bleachers and benches.  We look forward to a great turn out and hope everyone can mark their calendars!
