_ The 2023 Trail Run For The Hills 5K:

Join in the 2nd Annual Run for the Hills 5K event at the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in Niantic, CT. Come for an amazing run by Clark Pond and through beautiful scenery around the perimeter of the preserve. Proceeds from the race will race go directly to maintaining this special place of quiet beauty for future generations to enjoy!

Pricing: $25 until May18th, then $30. 

Prizes: Top 3 Men and Women in each age group will receive a medallion.
Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 plus

Packet Pickup: Race Day starting at 10:00 am

Register Early: The first 100 registered participants will receive a unique Oswegatchie Hills trail map bandana! All registrants 21 and older will receive a coupon to redeem at our sponsor, the Niantic Public House.
 
The race will be professionally timed by Rat Race Timing. Results will be posted live during the race and online at this website.
