What

A Day of Discovery, Fitness and Fun! This health & wellness experience offers a variety of run/walk/wheel & Discovery activities for all skill levels and age groups.

The Races

The 5K Family Fun Run-Walk-Wheel (all ages, strollers and wheel chairs welcome), The kids' One-Miler Race (13 and under) and The Kids Duathlon (13 & under).

The Expo

Guests can also embark on the quest for wellness through Healthyville, the event expo filled with exploration, giveaways and activities brought to you by our Inspire and Motivate sponsors. Radio Disney's Discovery Stage keeps the energy flowing with their tunes and Shake It Up! Dance Party as well as hula hoop and jump roping contests.
