Description
More than Barbells is a Cross-Training Competition. Preliminary round of competition: Burpees AMRAP in 2 minutes. 155# front squat x 21 reps (male) 95# female. Farmer carry 50 yards 100# male/50# female. Push-ups AMRAP in 60 seconds (no rest position once timer has started). Jump rope (singles) x 3 minutes (time stops if jump rope stops).
