2012 Lake Forest XC Festival Open 5K:

  • Are you a Lake Forest High School XC Invitational Alumni? If so, we invite you to help us celebrate the 55th running of this fabulous event!
  • The open 5K run/walk will take place just before the running of the 55th Lake Forest High School XC Invitational.
  • This event is open to everyone that loves to run or walk and wants to support the Lake Forest Invitational and Friends of Killens Pond Projects.
  • Come enjoy the race and support your favorite high school team!

    This is a permanently marked 5000-meter course that on alternating years is the site of Delaware State Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
    The course is well maintained, so either flats or spikes can be used.
