2013 Every Child Matters 5K Run/Walk:

Win a Caribbean Hotel Stay! Once you register for our race, you will then be included in the random drawing to win a Caribbean Island Hotel Stay!
 Details to follow.....Brief Description: 23rd Annual Every Child Matters 5K Run/Walk event.
 All proceeds will be used to purchase textbooks, backpacks and school supplies for over 5,000 disadvantaged children in Los Angeles and the Caribbean.
 This event is more than just a run. Our primary focus is on ensuring that all children have access to the basic tools they need to succeed in life.
 We work to make sure that happen!Team/Group Discounts There are discounts for Team/Group Registrations. When you register Teams or Groups of 3-10 you will receive $5.00 discount.
 Groups of 11 or more, will received a $10.00 discount. The discounts will be applied at registration check-out.
 Race Start/Finish: Semi-challenging course through the heart of the Loyola Marymount University campus.
 The Course is a 5K consisting of 2 laps around.
 T-Shirts: All participants will receive a beautiful Run T-Shirt.
 5K Run and Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male/female, and top 3 in the following age groups: 12 & Under; 13 - 17; 18 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 - 44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70+
 Event Schedule Bib pickup and Late Registrations Opens 6:30AM.
 Celebrity Pre-Race Warm-up at 8:00AM. 5K Starts at 8:30AM. Awards ceremony at approximately 10:00AM.
