2013 Bass Lake Classic Triathlon & Sprint Triathlon:

  • The Bass Lake Classic Triathlon is back in 2013, bigger and better than ever.
  • Join us for a weekend of triathlon activities starting with our pasta dinner the night before the race and ending with our BBQ and Bluegrass Awards Party the evening of the race.

    Triathlon Race Course:

  • The Bass Lake Classic Triathlon is centered at Bass Lake, a picturesque mountain lake only 15 minutes from the gates of Yosemite in the Sierra Foothills.
  • Starting at the beach in front of our host hotel, The Pines Resort, triathletes are treated to a swim in the clear mountain waters of Bass Lake, followed by a challenging ride around Bass Lake and through the Sierra National Forest to finish with a run through quaint Bass Lake Village.
  • Tired of courses choked by cars? Come to the Bass Lake Classic Triathlon and race on roads devoid of cars and in the crisp, clean air of the Sierra foothills.
