2012 Ride & Run With the Stars:

Ride and Run With The Stars is held on the first Saturday in December at beautiful Fort DeSoto Park.

Participants enjoy cycling, running, and walking events, as well as a visit from Santa Claus, food, and a climbing wall.

The funds raised through sponsorships and registrations support the Sheriffs Christmas Sharing Project.

Our agency members use the proceeds to shop for deserving families and then personally deliver the holiday packages of food, clothing and childrens toys.

Directions

Ft. DeSoto Park is located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay in Pinellas County, Florida, which also includes the cities of St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.

The park is accessed through St. Petersburg and Tierra Verde on the Pinellas Bayway (State Highway 679).

From I-275 and 34th Street South, turn west onto the Bayway, then follow the signs to Ft. DeSoto Park.
