Location: Houma Civic Center, 346 Civic Center Blvd, Houma, Louisiana (Indoor bathrooms, parking and large transition area with bike racking). Race course will be on-line.
Distance: The duathlon is a 2-mile run followed by a 10-mile bike followed by a 2 mile run. The individual 2-mile Run is part of the first duathlon leg (out & back).

Entry Fee: Fee includes shirt, refreshments, beer and great prizes. Register on-line at www.active.com or by mail. ALL duathletes must wear a bike helmet!

Race Packets: Race bibs and shirts are not sent out in advance. Registration opens at 6 AM.
Shirts: All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative dry fit shirt PRIOR to the event start. All race day registrants will receive their shirt upon race completion and/or first come first served basis. Pre-registration closes September 5, 2009.
Awards: 2 deep in ten-year groups through 70+ both male and female. Top 5 relay teams will get awards. First 3 places for 2-miler both male and female.
Results: Posted on site as available. Timing is total time ONLY. Results will be posted on-line at www.bayourunners.com and www.bccbike.org
Prizes: Prizes will be raffled (by bib number) after the race-You must be present to win.
